Hello Student! Welcome!
My name is Sophia, your Chinese Language Expert. I have a passion to help you learn Chinese! I have been teaching non-native speaker speaking Chinese for more than 10 years! I have volunteered and taught lessons at Washtenaw Community College. Among them are CEOs, Architect, Lawyers, University of Michigan Students in science and law, elementary school student, middle school student, high school student. During my employment at a CPA firm, I was a bridge and interpreter between the firm and Chinese company, helped interpret English to Chinese Financial Statements, and helped to introduce the culture to American colleagues.In 2013, I was introduced the Berlitz Method, I had 40+ hour training with Berlitz, the global language company founded over 100 years ago, where specilizing helping students learn a foreign language using the target language. I am committed to introducing the Chinese culture to Americans and the world!

Most of my students, family with at least one bachelors degree or above.

Parents understand learning a language is a commitment and need to start a young age for the kids.
Business adult professionals like to gain culture understanding, respect for Chinese business and obtain basic conversational skills.
